Privacy Policy of Park4You

Introduction

This privacy statement applies to the processing of personal data by Park4You BV, located at the San Giorgilaan 19, 5644 DS in Eindhoven (The Netherlands), KvK 64808351 as ‘ treatment Manager ‘, hereinafter referred to as Park4You, or ‘ we/ Our ‘. In the event you visit our website, or our products or services are decreasing, we process your personal data. We do this to help you as well as possible and achieve our goals.

In This statement we explain the purpose and the way in which we process your personal data and how you can exercise control over it.

What do we do?

Park4You operates parking spaces around Eindhoven Airport and offers parking facilities via internet at different airports in the Netherlands and Germany.

In communicating to partners, customers and our network, resources such as newsletters, social media and websites are used. These marketing channels also collect personal data such as name, email address and search behavior that we want to inform you as well as possible about the services of Park4You.

What personal data do we process?

Personal data are all data that provide information about you as an identifiable person, they tell you something about who you are. We ‘ process ‘ this information when we store, view, share, send and delete etc. When you enter into an agreement with Park4You and/or register for e-mailings or request quotations or other information via the website or perhaps by telephone, we ask you to fill in company details and/or contact details.

In addition to the information you provide on our website or on the telephone, we may also combine this with data previously obtained and with data we collect automatically with the use of cookies and other technical means, provided you have given permission. This allows us to retrieve your IP address, actions performed on the website, the operating system you use or what you download on the site. So it is actually all the data that we can link to you, including indirectly.

We do not process any particular personal data such as your religious beliefs, race, political or sexual preference, criminal data, religion, union membership or biometric/genetic or medical background without you Explicit consent.

Why do we process that personal data?

Our goal is to deliver products and/or services to you, so first of all we use your personal data to communicate and identify. This means that we use this information to execute the agreement that you are closing with us, such as the processing of financial data when you pay for a product, creating and maintaining an account, or in case you have a question about the Service we provide and we need to call you back. The basis of the law is Article 6 para 1 (b) General regulation personal Data ‘ AVG ‘.

In addition, in the context of marketing activities, we will also use your personal information if we believe that this may be relevant to you as our customer. Newsletters

We may send you newsletters by mail about the products and services that you are already decreasing. In case we want to contact you about other products or services, we ask you to give your permission first. This permission can always be revoked by opting for an opt-out at the bottom of the newsletter. Your e-mail address will be on a separate list so we know you don’t want to be contacted via the mail.

Mandatory provision

If we ask you for personal data, we will tell you each situation whether the provision of the data is necessary or obligatory and what the (possible) consequences are if the data is not provided. The starting point is that Park4You will not process any more personal data than necessary for the purposes described above.

Exchange with third parties

We never disclose, sell, rent or lease your personal information to third parties, unless we are legally obliged to provide information or if you have given your consent. For the execution of our services we switch service providers. These are not ‘ third recipients ‘ but ‘ processors ‘. These processors do not use the data for their own purposes and process the personal data exclusively in Vereen ballot with the order of Park4You.

Office 365-collection of Internet services in which personal data are exchanged. These are then removed from the service.

Data inside/Outside the EEA

[INSIDE/OUTSIDE] Your personal data can be processed by us, or by the service providers we work with, both inside and outside the EEA. This is currently the case in the following countries: the United States and the Netherlands. We have agreed on separate security measures for these countries so that we can be sure that personal data are safe here.

Automated decision making and profiling

Park4You does not use automated decision making and/or profiling.

Retention period

We will not keep your personal information any longer than necessary for any of the goals we have described. Under the law, the retention periods may vary, but you may assume that after 2 years after the last contact between you and Park4You, we will erase all personal data that we no longer necessarily need to process. We can opt for anonymize instead of erasing if this is necessary for our statistics, for example.

Security of personal data

Park4You has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss or any other form of unlawful processing, including:

  • Our website and software has an SSL certificate that gives visitors and users the guarantee that (personal) data is sent via browsers via HTTPS, which encrypts and protects information. SSL (Secure sockets Layer) is also used for online transactions (with credit cards).
  • Park4You has taken extensive measures to cover what the procedure is in the case of a datalek. But more importantly; Various technical and organisational measures have been taken to prevent data leakage. We use reliable systems that meet the privacy laws to send e-mailings. We also have contractors agreements with our suppliers. The reservation system system in which we store personal data from our customers also complies with the privacy laws and we do not store more information than necessary. Our website is managed by a reliable hosting party and we are responsible for regularly updating the reserveringssyseem we used.

Rights you can exercise

If we process personal information about you, you have the right to exercise control over this as part of your privacy. For example, you may make a request to obtain access to any personal data we have stored from you and we may rectify it for you if you notice an error. We can even accept your request for objection or oblivion when it appears that the processing is no longer justified or not in the way we do.

Whatever your request, please contact us and we will help you free of charge. You can contact us using the contact details below. Please note that we may not be able to accept your request because the processing of personal data is necessary by us. For example, if we have not completed the agreement at all, or if we are obliged to retain financial data under national law. If this is the case, then the burden of proof lies with Park4You and we will explain it to you as well. In the event of the withdrawal of permission or objection to direct marketing, we always accept this request. Finally, you are also entitled to data transfer if this is technically feasible and we do not need to make a disproportionate cost.

Finally, we want to make it clear that we, as so-called ‘ processing personnel ‘, have the obligation to identify the person requesting a request and we can therefore ask for further information. In any case, we respond to any request within 4 weeks.

Changes

Park4You reserves the right to amend this statement from time to time. Any changes will be made to this page. The most recent changes date from 01-05-2019. These changes will be published on our website. Park4You may process your personal data for new purposes that have not yet been revealed to you. In that case, we will contact you before using your personal data for these new purposes, to inform you of the changes for the protection of personal data and to offer you the opportunity to refuse.
