General Terms

The system for the booking of parking spaces and the use of the services offered by Park4You are subject to the general trading conditions described below. The version applicable at the time of booking is always applicable.

Article 1-Definitions

1.1 Park4You BV is located at the San Giorgilaan 19, 5644 DS in Eindhoven (The Netherlands), hereinafter called Park4You;

1.2 Traveller: A natural or legal person who places a reservation at Park4You and/or Parkes his/her vehicle at a parking facility of Park4You;

1.3 Parking Period: The period specified by the traveller in his booking in which the vehicle is parked by the traveller, being the period between the effective date (including this date) and the end date (counting this date) of the Parking

 

Article 2 – Online contractual terms

2.1 The provision of the online reservation/booking system does not entail a legally binding offer of Park4You, but only a non-binding request to the customer to provide us with an offer to conclude a booking or Parking lease to do.

2.2 By submitting the online contract form, the customer makes a binding bid to close a reservation or parking lease.

2.3 Acceptance of this offer takes place by a confirmation of Park4You, without delay of the bid and check of the availability of the parking spaces by Park4You (reservation confirmation).

 

Article 3-The parking facility

3.1 The traveller can reserve a parking space by making a booking at Park4You, which must indicate the exact parking period and arrival and return times.

3.2 The reservation only entitles the vehicle to be stalled on the parking lot during the booking period in the reservation confirmation.

3.3 A specific number of parking spaces are reserved for this parking facility. Park4You has the right to reject a booking if this booking exceeds the number of designated parking facilities.

3.4 Park4You has the right to not accept reservations without giving reason.

 

Article 4-Reservation, payment, change and cancellation

4.1 The traveller can make a booking for the parking facility up to 24 hours before the commencement date and time of the parking period.

4.2 The traveller must pay in advance on reservation by Ideal, Credit Card, SofortBanking and Bank contact.

4.3 The traveller can cancel the booking by e-mail up to 1 hour prior to arrival at Park4You.

4.4 If the traveller wishes to cancel the reservation, it can only be sent by e-mail to valet@park4you.nl. If he cancels according to 4.3 (before), he will receive the amount of the reservation, minus 25 administration fees, refunded to the payment method used. If he cancels later than Park4You requires, or does not show up (no shows), there can be no recourse to refund of the amount.

4.5 Park4You keeps a reserved parking space for the customer during 1.5 hours before and 4 hours after the arrival time indicated in the contract confirmation (parking period). If no arrival in the parking facility in the reservation confirmation is made within the parking period, the booking will not be included. In This case the reservation is cleared and Park4You has the right to assign the parking space to another customer. In this case, no refund can be made.

4.6 rebookings are possible from the time of receipt of the booking confirmation up to 24 hours before the agreed start of the parking time. In the case of Rebookings, the newly chosen start of the parking time can be up to 12 months after the originally agreed start.

4.7 Park4You reserves the right to change the rates in the interim. The change will not be taken into account for reservations made earlier.

 

Article 5-Privacy

5.1 Park4You works with high ethical standards and respects your privacy. Therefore we do not disclose your personal data to third parties, these are only used to keep you informed of our annual advance purchase rate. Read our Privacy statement For more information about this.

 

Article 6-Parking

6.1 The traveller must park the car in one of the free available parking spaces.

6.2 The car will fit in a parking space of 5.00 x 2.50 meters, if larger, Park4You may refuse it.

6.3 Only parking of private cars is permitted (excluding trailers).

6.4 If parked in a parking garage, this is indicated on the reservation page, including the maximum intake height.

6.5 Within the parking facility, the vehicle may move at most walking pace.

6.6 In The parking facility The following is not allowed:

– The storage of fire-hazard fuels and articles such as holders of fuels

– Unnecessary engine running

– Parking of vehicles with open tank or bonnet, or other traffic unsafe condition

– The stay in the parking facility, insofar as this is not strictly in connection with the parking of a vehicle, in particular the camping

– The repair or maintenance of vehicles

– The contamination of the parking facility, in particular by cleaning the vehicle, cooling water, fuel or oil

-Walking on the lanes including entrances and exits, unless no footpaths or roadsides are present

– Smoking and use of fire

– Riding bicycles, moustache bikes, inline skates, skateboards and other vehicles or equipment, as well as parking in the parking facility

– The handing out of advertising material

6.7 The traveller must also follow the instructions of the staff and observe the road signs and signs on the spot. In addition, the rules governing the use of the airport and the provisions of the traffic legislation apply in accordance with.

6.8 The traveller is obliged to report damage caused to him in the parking facility or its installations without delay to Park4You. (see art. 8 for data)

6.9 In order to drive the parking facilities inside and outside, the tenant must send it to him on the booking confirmation:

PIN code on the PIN terminal or enter
-Scanning the QR code or
-Driving in by license plate recognition.

If the QR code or license plate recognition sent as an access means in the booking confirmation when driving a entrance ticket, it must be tracked as it is valid as an identity for use of the reserved Parking.

6.10 for Park4You, the owner of the access means shall be entitled to use the vehicle and the rented parking lot. Park4You has the right but not the obligation to verify this legitimacy. When the access means are not adopted, the auxiliary button of the entrance terminal must be printed or contacted with the general number: 31 (0) 6-50 60 83 86. When driving out, the traveller must enter the PIN or keep the QR code.

 

Article 7-Liability

7.1 Parking is entirely at your own risk.

7.2 Park4You is not liable for direct damage suffered by the traveller only in respect of the car due to intentional or gross negligence of Park4You or its employees.

7.3 Park4You excludes any liability in respect of theft/burglary or damage.

 

Article 8-Final provision

8.1 Unless otherwise stated, there is copyright on the texts and the footage on the websites www.park4you.nl and this is the property of Park4You BV and/or WDE Services B.V.

8.2 Park4You BV is a company registered in the Netherlands. Dutch law applies to our services.
